PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING RULES CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING THIS INVESTMENT CLUB

1. You agree to be of legal age in your country to partake in this CLUB, and in all the cases your minimal age must be 18 years.

2. 4Ever Forex Club (FFC) is available to the general public and is opened to all who will become qualified members of 4everforexclub.com, the use of this site is open to the general public and to our member and to individuals personally invited by them. Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between the club and its Member.

3. As a private transaction, this club is exempt from the US Securities Act of 1933, the US Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the US Investment Company Act of 1940 and all other rules, regulations and amendments thereof. We are not FDIC insured. We are not a licensed bank or a security firm.

4. You agree that all information, communications, materials coming from 4everforexclub.com are unsolicited and must be kept private, confidential and protected from any disclosure. Moreover, the information, communications and materials contained herein are not to be regarded as an offer, nor a solicitation for investments in any jurisdiction which deems non-public offers or solicitations unlawful, nor to any person to whom it will be unlawful to make such offer or solicitation.

5. All the data giving by a member to 4everforexclub.com will be only privately used and not disclosed to any third parties. 4everforexclub.com is not responsible or liable for any loss of data.

6. You agree to hold all principals and members responsible for only your initial club invested fund and harmless of any liability from proposed interest payment. You are investing into the club at risk and you agree that a past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance.

7. We reserve the right to change the rules, commissions and rates of the club at any time and at our sole discretion without notice, especially in order to respect the integrity and security of the members' interests. You agree that it is your sole responsibility to review the current terms.

8. 4everforexclub.com is not responsible or liable for any damages, losses and costs resulting from any violation of the constitution, conditions and terms and/or use of our website by a member. You guarantee to 4everforexclub.com that you will not use this site in any illegal way and you agree to respect your local, national and international laws.

9. Don't post bad vote on Public Forums and at Gold Rating Site without contacting the administrator of our club FIRST. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction, so please always CLEAR the thing with the administrator.


10. We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this club. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently suspended from the club with penalties.

11. 4everforexclub.com reserves the right to accept or decline any application for membership without explanation.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP AND INVESTMENT CLUB CONSTITUTION

1. Formation of Club: The individuals filling and signing our forms online agree to this constitution and are into an investment club. The name of the club is 4Ever Forex Investment Club.

2 Purpose of Club: The purpose of the club is to invest the capital provided by its members in Online Businesses, like Forex, International Stocks, Metals, Commodities and any other viable online businesses project for the long-term profit and benefit of the members.

3. Duration of Club Investment: The club cycle will run for six Months for every member after which benefits or returns will be paid and any member who has been paid can rejoin the club through any of our stipulated membership options. The club will continue to operate until it is dissolved as provided by this constitution

4. Communications All members of the club will be kept up to date on the status of their investments via e-mail and the clubs website at : http://www.4everforexclub.com . Member communications may be sent to: support@4everforexclub.com .Matters which concern all members of the club will also be posted to the clubs website.

5. Club dues: There are no club dues, but percentages will be deducted from the total returns at the end of the six months to help in the administration of the club.

6. Financing of the club's operations: This also will be taken care of by the administrative charges.

7. Club structure: By signing this constitution, club members agree to have the club treated as a "partnership" for our mutual purposes of business profitability.

8. Management: The management of the clubs affairs shall be handled by the club's office, who shall have sole authority and responsibility to manage the accounts and source for viable opportunities for the club.

9. Office: The sole office of the club shall be: Net Allianz Global Resources Limited RC: 696007, Suite II Floor II, Ciaco Palace, No 41 Arakale Road, Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. The office shall keep the club's records, establish and maintain the funds and accounts and all brokerage account in the club's interest and make timely reports on the club's financial position to the members at the time of payments. The office will carry out other duties normally associated with the position or as directed by resolution of the membership. The office will effect these services on a continuous basis.

10. Compensation: Member shall be compensated for referring friends and families to invest into the club. Referral commission shall be between 2-5% depending on the Invested fund from the new members as stipulated under the membership types.

11. New Members: The club may admit additional members at any time on the sole discretion of the office. As a condition of membership, all members agree to be bound by the terms of this constitution and by all resolutions adopted or to be adopted by the members.

12. Nonassignability of Member's Interest: No member may assign, transfer, pledge or hypothecate his or her membership or interest in the club, in whole or in part.

13. Investments: The Groups assets will for the most part be invested in publicly traded "International-stocks", The Foreign Exchange Market, Gold and Commodities, through the facilities of the Net Allianz Global Resources Limited, as well as whatever partners may be considered appropriate by the Managing Partner.

14. Risk The value of your investment in the club will vary with the prevailing market conditions. Fluctuations in the value of the investment portfolio of the club will affect the value of your club investment and, therefore, there is should be room for exchanged rate differentials that may arise in the course of payments.

15 GUARANTEE: However, be assured that no matter what the circumstance is, you will not loose your initial club Invested funds (Membership Fee), the worst case scenario is that your initial club investment is return whole without interest, in the case of any unforeseen negative business condition. The Asset of Net Allianz Global Resources Limited RC:696007. valued @ well over $2 Million Dollars will be seized by law enforcement Agents and auction off to settled any outstanding obligations, this is law and this constitution is a witness to this fact

In Accordance With The Constitution Of The 4Ever Forex Investment Club, I Wish To Become A Member In The 4Ever Forex Investment Club. I hereby, By My Signature in the form, Agree To The Provisions Contained Therein And Understand That This Agreement Is Legally Binding On My Heirs, Executors, Administrators & Personal Representatives. I understand that the office of the club will use all diligence to increase the value of my investments to the best of his abilities.

I AGREE AND ACCEPT ALL PROVISIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE 4EVER FOREX INVESTMENT CLUB. I WILL FILL AND SUBMIT THE FORM AND WILL MAKE MY DEPOSITS AS CHOSEN BY ME
